We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Having second thoughts? Not a problem, we're here to help.
When your order arrives, please take the time to inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail or to you within 30 days of the original ship date.
To confirm whether your item is returnable, check your invoice, email confirmation or "Orders" page.

Eligible returns received after the 30-day return period are accepted at our discretion.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable

Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender or a gift card (gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law).
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before your order has shipped. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at and speak to a representative. They will be happy to process your cancellation and refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to process back into your account. If there is an issue with the original payment method, such as a lost or stolen credit card, we will be happy to offer you an in-store credit for the full value of your purchase. If your order has already shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchange policy in order to receive a refund.
